Then you need some output devices:

• First of all a LCD suitable for all projects, this means a 4*40 character LCD:
  
  
  
  Another benefit of its size: The characters of all possible locations are shown, so you will see, if you write to the wrong address.
  
  
• But maybe a LCD is overkill for the project, then some LEDs will do:
  
  
  
  This module provides not only LEDs but also a driver. It can also be used to monitor the communication of the MCU with the I²C board or other periphery.
  
  
• And a hex decoder, today only suitable for debuging:
  
  
  
  The old TL311 use a lot of power, but they are easy to use, because of their build in decoder, drivers and LEDs.
